My review is of the Galloway store, not listed, a newer store. I visited the store recently to purchase some items to get back into vaping, as it helped me quit smoking for 4 years. We spoke with Billy, who was very helpful and very knowledgeable. He is their mixologist. I was very confused as to what I really needed and he helped me make my decisions a lot easier. Friendly and knowledgable staff..... I told them I was on my way to catch a flight and had a broken tank. They recommended a new one and got it set up quickly for me all while they were telling me about it's features. I ended up getting a new Vengeance tank, which was a big upgrade at a very reasonable price. I would Def. recommend and will come back. read more

My battery mod stopped working dependably and has some kind of defect not present in my boyfriends version of the same smok alien 220w mod. Nobody makes better juice then 9 south! I've been vaping cereal killa and ck squared for years and it never gets old. I recently switch to Salt Nic. After picking up cereal killa and shore shot in Salt Nic and I threw away all of the other juice I had. I almost gave up on Salt Nic because of the harsh throat hit. 9 south's Salt Nic is the smoothest that I've tried. my vape wasn't working and said check atomizer. no matter what i did it wouldnt work so i took it over to the location in tuckerton and both guys were very helpful and were able to fix it and replaced my coil. super friendly and helpful. read more

Horrible first experience as a new vaper. Did not educate me at all on choices or options so I bought what they recommended and it was a terrible fit for me in the battery did not work refused to return or exchange. Customer service is horrible and staff at the Galloway building were rude except for chad. Gorilla Vape's were 100% more helpful and pleasant with The best customer service I recommend them over this place. Will never go there again read more

I've been vaping for three years and their juice is by far the best I've ever had, online or elsewhere. I've tried so many places in so many states and no one comes close. The specialty juices are all i buy. I'm pleasantly surprised by new amazing flavors. Knowledgeable staff is helpful. I usually go to the Toms River location but the others are also great.
