You take your empty 1 or 5 gallon water container to the filling station, place it in and select 1 or 5 gallon. For a 5 gallon water container it's $1 to fill. Compared to home delivery and store bought this is the cheapest way to get crispy clear water. We usually fill six 5 gallon water containers and it's only $6 we were paying well over $90 in the big box stores. The water comes from a spring located in Chester county. On there website it gives u a break down of there values on the spring. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted, given our paperwork, walked through our choice of bikes, and given both a map and a very thorough overview of the recommended bike route to take - each staff person we spoke with seemed friendlier than the last! My family of four took bikes out along the D&L Trail from Lehighton to Mauch Chunk, enjoying the scenery, the camaraderie, and some laughs, all while well-equipped from LOC. The Center itself is chock full of new sturdy Specializeds for your riding needs - both mountain bikes and cruisers. The facilities were also equipped with commodious bathrooms/changing facilities not only for cyclists, but for the Jim Thorpe River Adventures and Northeast PA Kayak School that share the building. We paid $140 for our rentals - four bikes, two helmets (and four bottles of water) for six hours. Well worth it for a great riding tour. Recommended!
