My freezer broke called 7/17, these people are the ones contracted to do warrenty work they had an…read moreapt open Tuesday 7/24 about 10 min after i booked the apt i get a call stating they cant come that day because they are " not going that way" exact words. This to me was ridiculous because a service person goes where they are needed not because they are going that way or not. So because its warrenty work and i have to go with whom the company i bought it from contracts with for it to be covered i reluctantly made the apt for 7/25 was told a tech would be at my home by 9:30am. Today 7/25 got a call 9:36am we cant come out today the "only" service tech (which i doubt he's the only one) called in sick. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. Twice I've been pushed off. If you do not want to do warrenty work terminate your contract with frigidair so that another company who is repratable and cares weather ppl are inconvenienced or not can do the work. And sad part is they still haven't done any work. Now I'm pushed off to yet another week. Unacceptable!!!!!!!!

I needed 12 more bags of pea gravel for fire pit so I decide to do a pick up. I'm not very familiar with their pick up process, but I imagine it's easier than going in to shop, right? Wrong. Get pick up ready notification. Go to store, park in curbside spot. Have no signal so go inside to see customer service. We're sent to gardening. Go back in car and drive down. Park car and go inside to find out order is NOT ready. We're sent outside to find a flat bed cart. Weird, but ok. Husband finds one and goes back in. Eventually he comes out and we load car. I find out he had to load up the cart himself. Guy got a call and walked away. Um what was the point of doing a "pick up"? Would have been easier to park once, get a cart on the way in, load, pay and leave. I was very confused. We spent more time between ordering online, waiting for it to be "ready", going in and the out the store several times, just to end up shopping ourselves. I could have been better prepared too instead of my husband injuring himself further. Is this normal?! Is it just this store? No store has ever made me shop when I've done a pick up. Some stores even load the car, but I always get out to help. I don't know their process but I don't plan on making this mistake twice.

While I did give them an excellent review, I didn't think I had done enough to show my appreciation for them so... Delrae and her team are effecting a positive environment to conduct business, and some previous staff have also been very professional in the length of time I have rented from them. I was able to successfully pay off two agreements already, one being six months same as cash and the other being a full term rental that is now paid off. I am proud to be the owner of my items and it is only people that want to cheat and lie or pay NOTHING for their items that is the reason they don't like RAC, when their items get taken away. When life happens and people can't pay, all you gotta do is call them or show up and they will work with you... for a long time... just don't take advantage of it and you'll be able to own your items.
