While entering a parking lot at a local restaurant, I inadvertently drove over a hard-to-see curb. The curb jutted unexpectedly into the entrance and wasn't painted, so I didn't even see it. The rim on the front passenger side tire was slightly bent and I was concerned about the tire, so I took my car to Fine Line the next day to have it looked at. I was worried that the repair would be costly. I had just bought the car a few weeks before and was very stressed out. To my great relief, however, I was met with a friendly smile by the lady at the front desk and the technician got right on it. Twenty minutes later he emerged from the garage and announced that the rim had been repaired and the tire was undamaged! The cost for his work? $20.00! I was so relieved. One thing I appreciated was how quickly they were able to schedule the work. I got an appointment within a couple of days, which is not easy to find in the area. However, I noticed that some parts were marked up by over 100 percent compared to regular retail prices. Since I had to travel the following week, I went ahead with the repair. But because of the high markup, I would not return here for non-urgent repairs.
