While entering a parking lot at a local restaurant, I inadvertently drove over a hard-to-see curb. The curb jutted unexpectedly into the entrance and wasn't painted, so I didn't even see it. The rim on the front passenger side tire was slightly bent and I was concerned about the tire, so I took my car to Fine Line the next day to have it looked at. I was worried that the repair would be costly. I had just bought the car a few weeks before and was very stressed out. To my great relief, however, I was met with a friendly smile by the lady at the front desk and the technician got right on it. Twenty minutes later he emerged from the garage and announced that the rim had been repaired and the tire was undamaged! The cost for his work? $20.00! I was so relieved. In sum, the good people at Fine Line made my day. They took care of the problem quickly and efficiently and restored my faith in humanity. I'll never forget them for that. Thanks!!!

They even went out of their way to fix an issue I didn't know I had. The price was pretty good, and they even had me bring it in a week later--free of charge--to make sure the oil hadn't leaked again. Both times I had received a call within the hour of what the problem was and got my car back same-day. All staff was very friendly--especially the front desk worker--and I can't recommend them enough. :)
