Most recently (2012) they fixed the head gasket problem on my 2004 impreza for about half of what I was quoted by mechanics in my area. I called them today about my new issue (catalytic converter and timing belt replacement), and the mechanic has always been pleasant to talk to, willing to discuss the problems, give me an estimate and supply good information. I've never felt talked down to (which can be an issue for women and car repairs), always a positive experience (as much as it can be for annoying/frustrating car repairs)
