Excellent customer service!! I needed 100 T-shirts printed for promo (VERY short notice). I have an online boutique, so I frequent the fashion district DTLA. I was going to get the shirts made there, until I searched near home and found Rialto Print Company. First, I gave them a call to see if they would be able to complete the order and have it ready when I needed it in 2 days. Not only were they able to do it, they were willing to come hours early on the day of pickup at 7am to ensure that I would get to LA on time as we had a full l day scheduled! Exceeding expectations, they were ready the day before I expected!! When I got the call, that the t-shirts were ready, I wasn't near and wouldn't be able to get there before closing. Jose told me to call him and he would meet me that night so that I colud pick them up instead of me having to wait for the morning. This was even better!! Needless to say, the shirts looked great! The price was more reasonable than I would have paid DTLA! As for the turnaround time, I had already reached out to several vendors in DTLA and most couldn't even guarantee that my order would be ready when I needed. The vendors that did guarantee charged SEVERAL HUNDRED dollars EXTRA "rush fee" ! The only thing Rialto Print needed me to at least prepay half of the order total because it was last minute. I had no problem with that!! Overall, my experience was EXCEPTIONAL!! I think I've found a place for my printing needs near home and that makes me happy!! read more

A couple of times I had to place a rush order and the team at Rialto Print Company was able to get me out of a bind. OMGGGGG !!!!! When i say the best i mean the best of the best, they were very fast and reliable. I came in originally for a quote for shirts for a conference i am having, and within the same day i was placing my order their turn around time was mind blowing, and not to mention they kept in contact with me up until the day of pick up. My shirts came out exactly how i imagined and they also help me perfect my vision for the design.
