Came into the shop today before closing, talked with Esmeralda, 1st - she is super nice and very knowledgeable in her profession. I gave her a few colors to vinyl my Star-War Shirt, she brought out samples for me to see, and contrast on the shirt, which was super helpful! Esmeralda, gave me list of all fonts and I was able to select thru 100's of them on her PC, it was nice to feel in control of what I want, and totally appreciate it. 2nd - it was way cheaper than the Fontana indoor swap meet stores, which i found surprising, I'm glad I took a chance with her store and made my day. She was willing to expedite my order in less than one day! Making my experience go above and beyond. (Tried to tip her too)! Would not take it. What can I say about this company except that they ROCK! They do excellent work. From talking to Shaun who gave me good details on the pricing and timeline when I first called to Esmerelda who is a supa star. She stepped me through everything with sweetness and care. She taught me about dst or digital files. Who knew?! But she made sure that my lettering was where it needed to be so my sweaters looked right. It takes a woman's touch! Then Bryan came through with making sure I got my pieces back on time for my big event. All of my embroidered items were masterfully done. And I appreciated their flexibility. I was delayed getting everything to them, but they were so accommodating and came through on time. Most of what I had done were gifts for my newly inducted Delta Sigma Theta sorority sisters and they loved everything. This place provided awesome service and was quick too! I came in with a tool bag that was super heavy and had many pockets. However that did not stop them from trying and it ended up working! I wish I got the name of the person who helped me out because he was super nice and attentive to what I wanted! When I looked up this location the 1st review mentioned the customer service. I thought awesome. Not the experience I had. Young lady at the counter has a great smile and friendly tone, unfortunately that's where the customer service stops. I had a shirt printed but the images were very light and not readable. When she saw the shirt after it was printed was she herself satisfied with the image? I remember when she handed it to me to check it out her face looked a bit concerned. I was told it was due to the image I had provided. The image looked fine when I had sent it. How am I to know what it will look like when it is printed? Wouldn't the professionals know more? So when asked if they could make it darker the response was no because it had already been printed. So basically I was supposed to "touch up" and make the image darker before sending it to her. When I showed others the shirt the reactions I got was "you could have done it better". In this case I agree. Basically what I would have done was use my own computer/ paper/ ink- print it and iron it on my shirt. Pretty basic stuff. So when I printed the logo and noticed it looked too light I wouldn't have used it. I would then go back and doctor the image/ possibly use a filter and re print. Basically to get the best look. Wouldn't you think the professionals would do the same? I spent 51.00 on a white tshirt with a image on the front and back for something I could have had looking better for the day I need to wear it. Basically going to make my own version. Tried to support local business - hope that 51.00 goes a long way. Last time myself, friends or family use this location. *** updated- As you can see I received a reply back. No I didn't get exactly what I asked for. I wanted a shirt that looked good. Again you guys are the professionals. Again when I showed my close friends and family the 1st response was " you could have done it better" that should tell you everything you need to know. I can't understand why you guys couldn't go back to the image and darken up the areas that were light and re print it. Guess the $.$$ on the t shirt was too much for your company to spend for the customer. Literally no effort to try and correct this. Way to show your great customer service. read more
