These guys just saved the day. I called four different chimney companies because water was coming in my chimney and it was starting to crumble. Three companies told me I have to pay $250 emergency service FEE for them to come out after 5 PM. I laughed. I had called the fourth company 911 chimney doctors but I spoke to a man named Daniel and said ma'am I can be out there in 30 minutes. I said well and I was little hesitant because they didn't have very many reviews and one of the reviews was not a good review but I figured what the heck so I called and talked to Danny. I explain what was going on and asked him if there is an emergency upfront he said no he said I can be there in 35 minutes. I said well here's my concern. I saw a few good reviews and a bad review for you and. He ended up explaining the customer did not want to pay an extra charge for their being bigger issues with the chimney after he opened it up and started tearing into it and the customer refused to pay, so Daniel finished what he agreed to do the guy still on trashing his name. Daniel came in with a really fair price. He stopped the leak the first night he came out and told me it was no charge if I went with him for the repair was very fair priced I agreed to the job and the next day ended up rebuilding from the shingles up.Company was very prompt very professional very polite. I was not expecting to pay this out for my chimney at this time and he explained to me that he does in-house financing and worked it out with me. That was unbelievable. Highly recommend this company for everybody that needs any work done . I was super satisfied and impressed by their price and professional and prompt work ethic.we will be using Daniel in the future for numerous projects, I have around my house because you explained to me that it is not only specializing chimney repairs . I will keep this updated and let you know the outcome after I get my bathroom redone. What can I saw besides thank goodness I met these guys before I paid a extra 7grand to the other company who has the cheapest of the other three companies that give me a $7000 price quote a $10,000 price quote and $11,000 price quote but 911 chimney doctor came in and told me no they're pulling your leg. You don't need all this done. They explain to me and show me about my liner. They charge me $4500 and they got the job done within the next 24 hours. Shame on you guys out there who are trying to make it rich off of people like this by lying to us and thank you Daniel from Chimmy doctors for being so honest and upfront, I wish I could hire you for everything because you were the one company out there that has actually came and gave me a fair price and didn't screw me over and made my house feel safe so I can have fires at night with my kids in my home and know that nothings going to happen that my fireplace and chimney are safe to go in for thousands less don't be stupid people I may sound harsh I just am so angered by the fact that the other companies were trying to charge me for things that were crap lies just to make more money. I've never met an honest person who owns a business until Danny at 911 chimney doctors there are still good people out there in the world. I saved enough money to be able to go on a trip with my family. That's how much money I saved using them and they did a great job. I called for a chimney repair after calling another Chimney company ABC something and getting a quote for about $6500 I called and spoke with Carrie and she was very polite and joking. They told me let me guess they went around seven grand for you to get your line replaced and I was really shocked. I was like oh yeah that's right. They wanted $6500 and she came over a woman came over Carrie and she looked at everything came down from the Chimmney show me pictures and said look here is gonna be about $1500. I'm sick of contractors ruining my business with bad names because you're always trying to rob Customer. This is what she told me. I was shocked. I thought I was being Punk but I wasn't they were there the next day it was an emergency. They did not charge me an emergency fee. They did the job promptly. They did the job with exceptional craftsmanship and I only had to pay $1500 instead of 6500 thank you guys very much for being very honest with me. I recommend this company everybody I talk to you. I would of gave them 5 stars they start a little later than usual but other than that for the quality and the value these guys are definitely the best they come out right away and they schedule you from that day or the next day they don't push you out two weeks and guess what they don't lie to you I used to be a chimney cleaner sweeper when I was younger and I figured I'd test them out so I asked some questions which I didn't answers and it didn't lie anymore I didn't look for companies and guess what they lied to me you guys are up front honest and the price you can't go wrong as long as they can get there by 9:30 in the morning if I'm going to get there at 10:00 that's the only downfall but guess what they do more than show me I don't know if he owns the place with an idea he is a jack of all trains I'm having to do eight different things around my house I will Windows flooring drywall chimney rebuild tear down HVAC so I will definitely recommend these guys to anybody I meet and I never give reviews that means something there read more

I need a new chimney liner and part of my chimney needed to be reinforced I called 3 companies and guys were $1400 cheaper than the other two companies and they said they could start asap so I was a little hesitant thinking maybe they are cheaper cause they don't know what they are doing m. The prices were very reasonable they even offered me financing at 7% without running my credit. They came out they were soaked but they stopped my leaking chimney and they replaced my liner. Didn't get charged for the 3 point inspection. I called another company and they want 400 just for the inspection so I'm very satisfied. read more
