Totally different, lovely visit with this company. Quick, polite, friendly, professional, non-judgmental. I had George and Joey specifically come out to my appointment and if I have the need for this service again I would ask for them. I made an appointment with this company easily using the website and received confirmation and reminders over text and phone (all good, standard but important). I had to push back the appointment by a day and that took all of 5 friendly minutes on the phone, awesome. The driver called me when they were estimated 30-40 minutes away, about 30 minutes into the time window I scheduled. George and Joey were right on time, walked through with the estimate in less than 5 minutes, and finished well before the window was over. They clarified items as we went and asked if there were additional things they could grab once they finished the areas I laid out in the estimate. The crew was running a little ahead of schedule and they called me to confirm it was ok for them to arrive early which I appreciated so we could move vehicles out of the driveway. I called a few places and Tony was very nice and really made me feel comfortable with the whole process. When I asked if it was ok that the workers wear masks he was very accommodating.
