The job turned out to be much bigger than anticipated, but they were able to get it done! It ended up costing more than we expected, but they filled 2 1/2 trailers, Jesse was up front about the price change, so I believe the higher cost was justified. I called Extractors on May 12, 2026 after I took pictures of the furniture (2 beds, a loveseat, a kitchen table chairs) & piles of other things to be cleared out of a relative's house. I had taken pictures of everything earlier that day & sent them to another company which gave me a really outrageous estimate. I sent the same pictures a few minutes later & Jesse responded minutes later with a more reasonable estimate. He told me that the price is dependent on the size of the load (how much space it took on his pickup trailer) & the number of loads. He promised to come over between 1:00 & 2:00 the very next day. I'm often skeptical but I was pleasantly surprised when he showed up on time! He did a walk through & confirmed his estimate (a range). He & his partner were respectful & were very careful not to scratch the newly painted walls of the rooms & hallways. After loading everything up very quickly, he asked for a price within his estimate. We were extremely impressed with his work ethic, his honesty, their professionalism, & the care they took not to damage the freshly painted walls. We recommend this company without reservation. This review is long overdue! We had Jesse and his crew clear out a large (and VERY expensive) storage unit about a year and a half ago. These guys were absolute workaholics! They cleared out the items from the unit, and also broke down the shelving and cleared that out as well! The unit needed to be 100% clear so that we could get out of paying rent for it, so the shelving needed to be removed as well. They made it happen!
