Once the first mylar balloon was blown up I was in shock the sheer size of it and was wondered if they would all fit in the car once done. Stephanie was extremely helpful picking out the colors and put together a great bouquet of balloons. Once all 5 balloons were inflated, 2 mylar and 3 latex, I was able to carefully get them into the car. The balloons were a great addition to my dogs birthday photos! We did, however, encounter communication mishaps such as delayed responses and some confusion and part of it was my mistake as I still haven't updated my Yelp account to my current legal name. We got that straightened out but communication still didn't improve much. I understand we're all busy (especially their weekends) but I wanted all the details and planning squared away ahead of the event to get it out of the way. It was anxiety-inducing for me.
