I remembered all of the cool shops on Lake Ave and while walking around I discovered Trinkets & Treasures. This cute shop has a little bit of everything. They had some seasonal items for Halloween, a clothing section with colorful women's sun dresses and the most darling children's sweaters, jewelry, accessories, mugs, home decor, art, stationary, local honey, and a lot of unique items. I especially loved the llama pens and screen wipes that clip onto your key chains, so clever! You know you are in a great shop when you start picking up things for yourself. They were snowbirds and stop by each year to buy gifts and she gets a new pair of earrings (or more) for herself. The shop owner is quite friendly and personable. If you have question or need any help finding something, don't be afraid to ask. She obviously enjoys her job and interacting with the public.
