When i called to ask them about it, the girl told me they don't clean that space unless you ask lol. Also, I asked to add on the $30 hand wax and the girl told me it would be an extra 30 minutes to which i said is fine. She hesitated and with an attitude said "do you really WANT a wax?" So, I did not get the wax after that because it was clearly an inconvenience. HOWEVER, the mini detail results were great this time and I got the results i was looking for.

I don't like taking my car to shops at all for that reason. I ended up buying the quad connector harness that makes installs easy and cleaned up all the wiring. I'm surprised they didn't use that to begin with. I had issues after they installed my stereo and they wanted me to pay again for them to look at it/fix it. All the issues I dealt with was from their shotty work, after rewiring everything the correct way I haven't had issues with my stereo.

Long story-short. Bought a radio, sound & alarm system from them. The installers F'd it up so badly, I ended up having to take it back to them 4 times!! In the 4 times, they managed to break my locking system on my driver's door. And the systems still don't work properly. Driving forward, the back-up camera will come on. After 4 visits, the steering wheel controls still don't work properly. Now, the alarm system has totally screwed up my entire computer system. I had to have the car towed today!. Trust me, the installers have no idea what they are doing & will screw things up! I plan on taking them to court! That's how bad it is.
