Very disappointed in the level of customer service. We placed an order for shirts for the girls' lacrosse team, but somehow our daughter's shirt was never completed. While we did receive a credit, she's now the only player without a shirt and unable to match the rest of the team. We were never notified of any issue with the order--we only discovered it after noticing a credit on our account and asking about it. At that point, we were told the production run had ended and no additional shirts would be made. When we requested a copy of the design so we could have a shirt made elsewhere, we were told it was "their image," even though it actually belongs to the lacrosse club. We also asked if they could embroider the design instead and were told no. When we questioned why no one had reached out to inform us of the issue, we were told they don't notify customers and don't read or return emails. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience and extremely disappointing from what is supposed to be a well-respected business. read more

I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. I run a Christmas Charity and decided I wanted to have shirts made for the crew that helps me. I sent an email asking if it would be possible in the time frame and I promptly received a return email assuring me it could be done along with a quote. Not only were they prompt, but Amy went above and beyond... suggesting that they could actually post the shirts for sale and they would donate a portion of the profit to my charity!!! I would have never come up with that idea but that's why they are the professionals I guess! There was a slight delay with my order but it couldn't be helped because of covid. I'm not upset in the slightest. This is a local, small, family run business that got behind just like the rest of us due to quarantine. I appreciate that they did what was necessary to keep everyone safe. The quality of the shirts was fantastic! Very soft, warm and cozy! I showed up at the shop to pick up my order..3:30 on a Tuesday. Lights are out, door is locked.. called and left multiple messages.. no answer.. tried to leave email, their server would not complete the email. .. what's going on here?? read more
