While we did receive a credit, she's now the only player without a shirt and unable to match the rest of the team. We were never notified of any issue with the order--we only discovered it after noticing a credit on our account and asking about it. At that point, we were told the production run had ended and no additional shirts would be made. When we requested a copy of the design so we could have a shirt made elsewhere, we were told it was "their image," even though it actually belongs to the lacrosse club. We also asked if they could embroider the design instead and were told no. When we questioned why no one had reached out to inform us of the issue, we were told they don't notify customers and don't read or return emails. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience and extremely disappointing from what is supposed to be a well-respected business.

I would have never come up with that idea but that's why they are the professionals I guess! There was a slight delay with my order but it couldn't be helped because of covid. I'm not upset in the slightest. This is a local, small, family run business that got behind just like the rest of us due to quarantine. I was charged $35 dollars for the service or 7 dollars a letter. I never felt comfortable about it. So I called 5 local companies that could perform the same service. I gave the exact same specifics and I was quoted between $7-$9.50 for the same services. I feel I was severely over charged and the lady at the front wasn't interested in complaint. 4 to 6 times more then all other competitors isn't a fair way to treat a customer. I would highly recommend googling embroidery in Dayton Ohio. You will find 5 other companies that will save you 4 to 6 times the rates at Embriodme Centerville. The embroidery was done correctly.
