Well it's been over 2 years and time to clean roof. Contacted 954 via email to confirm my former recommendation based discount and then was a snap to request an updated quote, pay deposit and schedule the job. Was pleasantly surprised they had availability just one week out. Web and mobile ability helps with communication, being updated and overall communication is excellent - morning of our scheduled cleaning, truck was delayed due to mechanical issue and I was immediately notified. Meanwhile, truck still arrived within the time window they scheduled. Excellent! The roof is not complicated or very large, job took roughly 30-40 min total. Roof looks new! They did a good job washing down around the house after so the chemicals would not sit on the the foliage or corrode sensitive aluminum shutter components. Also, the tech paid attention to condition of the roof tiles and reported that visually, none were cracked and only a few chips on some edges were noticeable. Techs were respectful of property and neighbors. Overall, second time using 954 and very happy. Exceptionally professional service! It was easy to request a quote on their website. We talked to confirm the details and had the quote the next day. It was easy to accept the quote, pay the small deposit on their website, and schedule the service. Michele even called a day early and asked if we were available for cleaning that same day. Ty and his partner arrived when promised and walked the house with me to confirm the services in the quote and answer my questions. Approximately 2 hours to clean the roof, small patio, walkway, sidewalk, and wash down our 3/2 one level small house. This was soft wash for the roof. There was little to no odor from the wash solution and we smelled nothing an hour after Ty left. When they finished, Ty again walked me around the house to confirm my satisfaction. The final bill arrived in my email, with photos of the entire house after cleaning. We were thinking the house needed repainting before the wash down. Now, house looks like it was just painted. Bring business owners ourselves in a service industry, I hold a higher standard for my peers in a small business operation. I called, told them my concerns, that I might not be here when they come but would like a step by step on the process. Accurate information was given. I am a control freak and very upfront, told them this is the first time I'm using your service, I haven't seen any of your work, if I'm not happy ... then what. I was browsing the web for roof pressure cleaning and they were the most affordable but the good doesn't end there. Damian's team is professional and polite. I highly recommend this company. They were excellent from beginning to end. I love the ability to request a quote, accept the estimate, change it if necessary, and to pay--entirely online, via text or email. Very efficient. I was given an hour and a half window of their arrival time and they arrived within that time. I received a reminder text the morning of my appt. that included the techs' names who would be handling our job. I liked knowing their names beforehand. The cleaning went very well. The 3 men crew were very polite, courteous and professional. They arrived on time, went over the cleaning procedure, protected my plants, took before and after pictures of the roof. After they finished they sprayed all my plants with a neutralizer agent to prevent any chemicals that got on the pants from burning them. They didn't use high pressure sprayers nor the rotary brush on the roof which is the best way to go to prevent tiles from breaking. The previous company that pressure cleaned my roof used a rotary brush with high pressure and damaged/broke quite few tiles to my roof. It cost me $1,000 to hire a roofing company to repair the roof. read more

I saw their truck driving around and thought I would have some small areas pressure cleaned. My estimate was done via pictures (super convenient), then once I accepted the price, an appointment was scheduled via text (again, super convenient). They arrived an hr 1/2 earlier and because they did such a great job on my initial "small area", I had driveway, pool deck, and sidewalks done!!
