We had called the gutter company who installed the original gutters and they said "we can't really fix it if you modify the roofline after the fact". Their crew showed up, as scheduled, worked diligently and fixed our issue in a matter of an hour! A simple re-pitch of that one section and the problem was solved. Just got off the phone with watertight gutter. The receptionist was very short, quick and unpleasant in explaining they are not taking any new business. I wont say she was rude, but very unfriendly and is this is obviously a company that is not in need of clients. Due to the faulty design of my townhouse, we had to walk through a waterfall to get to our front door during heavy rain...why? Because the builder failed to install gutters. A something so simple, I can't imagine how and why they were left out. Finally, I was able to get the approval from the HOA and I wasted no time to hire these guys. Since I only need to install the gutter in front of the house, its a very small and simple project. My wife called them for an appointment, the lady who answered the phone told my wife that she will check their appointment schedule and will call her back. The next day, she called back and said she can have two guys to come in the same day. Boy, was that easy! The same afternoon, two gentlemen show up at our house in a work truck to do the job. They first took measurements of our front patio, then custom made the gutter right in their work truck. After the custom gutter is made, they put them up very quickly. The whole process from beginner to end took less than one hour to complete. Not only the work was done quickly and properly, it was done right. And the two installers who did our gutters were so polite and professional, my wife gave both installers a little tip in the end and they couldn't be any happier. Its the best $200.00 I ever spent. Ed and Watertite Gutter was great. He came out on time to give an estimate and was knowledgeable and friendly. Two workers arrived as scheduled and worked quickly. Afterwards, they explained the work and mentioned an area that may need them to come out and check after a few rains. I see all the 5 star reviews and I was hoping to have a great experience. All was great with the contract and installation phase. However about two weeks after the gutters were installed it rained. The gutters leaked - I took pictures and called the company. They sent somebody out to repair them. A week later it rained again and the same gutter was leaking. I called - again they sent somebody out to look at it. When he arrived he was belligerent and very annoyed that I called. He said he didn't have the stuff to fix it with him and would send somebody else later. I've called three times and a very nice receptionist takes my name and number and I haven't seen anybody yet. Very disappointed. I guess I'll have to call another company to fix my brand-new gutters. read more

Watertite gutters came to repair gutters they had installed in the last couple of years that failed before they should have. While here, they realized that the original design on other gutters around the house wasn't done the best way the first time around and they fixed everything. Had a great experience with Watertite Gutter Company. Best price in town on our search for gutters on our home. The owner has been great ,easy to communicate with and has a great team. We called on Wednesday -on Thursday we got the color sample to choose from and on Friday the guys were at our home early morning placing the gutters with the exact color we chose. It has rained a few times and we are very pleased with the results. As first time homeowners we are very new to all of these things that are a "necessary to maintain the home and it's definitely something everyone recommended to hire a professional for. I have called this company, spoken with the secretary, - and left several messages asking for a call-back since speaking with her. I realize that my request with them is NOT to have a major gutter installation; I just need a gutter repair. Perhaps they don't want to waste their time with a job that they consider to be "small potatoes" - but this is just conjecture on my part. Whatever their reason, - they should return calls from customers who are willing to pay them for their services, - whatever the situation is. Called last year to fix a problem with a gutter that a roofer installed. They came on time and corrected the problem. I would use them again. Watertite responded immediately and Ed was bang on time for the quote (good sign because we waited over 4 hours for the other company).
