I usually only give give good reviews But this really upset me So I just got a brand new Roof ,inspection passed by city, So, I needed to replace my Gutters Platinum Seamless was my last Estimate And I told him this so he was the cheapest and I showed him Estimates from other companies and were I wanted all the down spouts and were my previous gutters were and he promised me no issues and if I had one he would address it with no issues I wanted bigger gutters and a extra downspout from what I previously had I explained I. A certain area I would get more water when it Rained so that's the area I wanted an extra down spout So Ariel scheduled my installment, had to give him half the money up front Zelled So day of install they did come on time ,no communication between me and installers ,i don't speak spanish and they don't speak English So we had to keep calling Ariel .. Ok, so GUTTERS LOOK ok But then it Did NOT Rain for a few weeks ,so when it did rain i went outside My whole front of my house was Wet pouring rain and water splashing everywere ,the gutter didn't go all the way to the Edge why Idk.. Even my 30 year old gutters went to the edge and kept the front area door way dry , On left side of my house ,we're I have 4 Down spouts 7 inch now All the water was pouring 90%ish only down middle gutter so created a big pool of water The 2 rain chains 1 in front of my house and I in right side of house was splashing water everywhere .. I called Ariel ,who wasn't so nice anymore i Feel he was super defensive and said the water was pouring down in the front of my house because of the crappy job my roofers did ,said the nails sticking out was normal Said he would send his guys back out 1 time and that's it So they came the next day and added pieces now to go to edge infront so now my seamless gutters are not seamless anymore ,??? he also text me that He is going to send me a invoice for $350 he never did a few days later it Rained and were the seams are now it was still leaking a steady stream of water in the Front of my house I texted and called Ariel, and he texted me, "You got $350 then we can talk .. So we got nowere Told him I'm going to contact the BBB he texted me you want there Number I Had to hire another company to come fix the issues when they came they said has nothing to do with roof and there was sitting water in the gutters in front of my house, they tried to fix issues but i still have issues So now my Gutters cost me more then the most expensive Estimate and still have issues Also saw Ariel posted Pictures of my entire House on all is Social Media pages, I asked him to please take them down ,I was then Blocked but my Pictures Remain on his Social Media Accounts What a headache I chose Platinum Seamless mostly because of All there Great reviews But now after the Fact I'm looking at them No one Is talking about after install after the Rain ...and if they did, I'm assuming they get deleted and your Blocked And there Review does not show up on google like mine..so posting it here Do Better It's not like it's been 5 years It's been A few weeks And icing on the cake It would be easier just to start over especially in the Front ,BUT the color Platinum Seamless Gutters used we can't find the matching Gray..so I would have to Redo and start over if I wanted everything to match . read more

First of all when I called the company, I received an immediate response from Ariel who was a pleasure to work with from the start. He was professional and knowledgeable and a great communicator. I wasn't planning to place gutters but he had done a great job on my neighbors house and I wanted the same look. We originally chose white gutters and three days before the project was to start, I decided I wanted to change to bronze, which he agreed to do. He worked hard to even start and finished project on the original date...all completed in 1 day! The work is solid and lines are so clean and the house looks completely different. Worst customer service ever!! Installed gutters with this company and problems came up on the first rain sent the owner a video of the overflowing water on my porch area and no answer whats so ever. Rusted screws were installed , not leveled correctly and angle cuts look like a 5 year old did them. I had a couple of properties to get done and had to switch to master pro rain gutters in miami . We are so happy with the entire experience. We looked for Best Aluminum Gutters online and Platinum came out. We got bids from a few companies. I must say that our experience with Ariel was the best. He was so friendly and considerate that in comparison to the others we met we knew, based solely on that, we would go with Platinum. But it turned out that their price was also the best after the bidding was all said and done. But truthfully we were already sold just by his customer service. We still had to paint our house before we could install, so Ariel and I stayed in contact. This week they came out and did the install. We are so so happy with everything.
