The second time was much more minor, but they came by in the middle of the evening, and got EVERYTHING taken care of! Not every detail has been perfect, but everything that has gone awry, they have bent over backward to make right. Which, to my mind, is the best part. Thank you SO MUCH to Forrest and the guys at 24/7! You guys are the best!

A certain line item got added to the final invoice for $500 that was not reflected on the initial invoice or communicated that it could become a cost. After multiple emails and jumping on a call they were unwilling to see that there estimate was way off and wouldn't reconcile the $500 line item or the lack of transparency from their initial estimate. They also damaged the trim work when removing it and then didn't admit to it. Only after being pushed (after initially denying it) did they admit they had damaged some. Use with caution.

My insurance company called Servpro to come out to our home to inspect the damage done by our water heater. They came out as soon as they could and started the drying process. It took roughly a week to dry it out. They then disassemble and trashed our bathroom vanity and counter top due to the water damage, they also cut out the areas of drywall that needed to be replaced. This completed the first stage. We were happy with every employee that came into our home. They truly made us believe that they were concerned about doing everything top-notched. We like them so much that we were set up to have the repairs done by their restoration team. When the restoration inspector, Clint came in, he was encouraging and left us believing we were in good hands. He said he would work with my insurance company and attempt to get us more money than they wanted to pay out. (Insurance did not want to pay out as much as was needed to fix all the problem areas.) About 3 week of not hearing back, I began calling Clint to see where we were. I got through to him on the first call. He asked me to allow him to advocate for us, again making us believe he was going to get the best payout from the insurance company (again...that didn't want to give us enough to cover most of the damage). This is where business turned bad. After not hearing from him again for a long stretch of time I phoned him again. Left a message and waited for his call only to be ghosted, a few days later again no call back, then again ,then again and then a fifth time. I was able to voice my concerns to 2 other employees that said they would leave a message for him also. To one of the employees I even asked if this job was still something that they were interested in and he assured me they were. After 2 month of my house being turned upside-down, I am beyond frustrated, upset and highly disappointed. I would not recommend the restoration team to anyone looking to get a job done. When a business does not call you back they are not a business worth dealing with. There are a lot of other companies willing to do the work in a timely manner or at the least will inform you what they can or cannot do.

They were fully advised of the situation before dispatch, but arrived unprepared regarding equipment. They spent 3 1/2 hours here and then told me their boss had redirected them to another job. They left me "high and wet" even as a plumber was finishing up mitigation efforts. The next day they were not able to return, they just called about returning. We cancelled involvement with them at this point and spent the next couple of days removing the water manually with a shop vacuum. To add insult to injury in this scam, they charged my $1,483 for 3 1/2 hours work. Only one person was working and two were randomly supervising. Clearly an exorbitant wage for a poor result. I can only advise anyone considering ServPro to run the other way. You are about to get hustled!

We had RTC Restoration and Renovation come to our home in October of 2020 to perform mitigation of…read morewater damage from a leaking kitchen drain. We were denied on our insurance claim and were responsible for payment of a bill for over $7,000. We paid half of the bill in December, with the understanding that we could pay the other half in January. At that time, we had not received an itemized bill for what exactly was done, and it took quite some time to get one, involving a lengthy email exchange. When we did, we found items and services that we had either not received or seemed inflated. We estimate they charged us about $1700 for items and services either never received, or were vastly over-inflated for what they were. They got hostile when we requested a review of these charges, and threatened us with a lien if we didn't pay up in full immediately. We also were mistakenly sent an email the owner sent to his account manager that was incredibly rude and hostile. They tried repeatedly to recall sending it, but too late. We don't understand why they took this tack when a simple review and some adjustments could've solved the problem. For instance, a sheet of plastic thrown over a desk was called an "Containment Barrier/Airlock/Decon Chamber", and it cost us $174. They claimed to have used mold mitigation substances, but no mold was ever found. They charged us for moving a stove, that in fact, never got moved. And so on. In any event, to avoid hassling with these people any longer, we paid off the balance. In the meantime, we've filed a complaint with the BBB and the state Attorney General's office.

The Bad: She received a huge bill for mitigation services without any itemized details. We then had to ask for and finally got the itemized details, one example is $669 for 6 fans and a dehumidifier(unmonitored for 6 days) to dry concrete (once the laminate floor was ripped up). Seems like overkill for a small affected area (approx. 215 sq feet). Her concern about that specific detail cost was never responded to. There is more to the story, but I will leave it at that. Advice: You may need them in a crisis and they will promptly be there, but DO ABSOLUTELY get other bids for the reconstruction.

The HOA is responsible for all the siding, etc and so I have no choice but to have All Phase complete/correct work started on my patio. The owner wrote down what needed to be corrected, and he knew I was not happy with the fact different people have worked on my small patio. Not only that, but the HOA has to constantly email them to find out why there were delays. They don't keep you updated as you would expect a responsible company would do. Last week I emailed the HOA to find out when they would be back out. They had to email All Phase, as usual and Thursday morning a crew I knew was back and I was happy. They had done some work on my patio about a month ago and were wonderful. Apparently, they were there to work on the building itself and thank heavens they used all the siding All Phase left in our parking area since before summer. The original job they did on the siding of the building was not properly so they had to do the building again. Wouldn't you think they would order enough siding to redo the building? Nope. I found out that some of the delay was the fact it took so long to get it. This has been an ongoing excuse/problem they claim. Now, when the owner was here about 2 weeks ago, he was shown what needed to be done on my patio and the building itself. To be honest, I don't believe anything anyone from that company says. I moved back into my condo last February. They have known all summer they had to redo the siding on the whole building. They should have known how much siding needed to be ordered. Where is the pride of a job well done? Obviously, customer satisfaction is not a priority. I was thinking that since they couldn't produce a signed contract as to the date when they would have the work completed, maybe they could complete it whenever they got around to it. We have a new HOA and they are keeping an eye on this problem. Thank heavens the "project manager" from All Phase hasn't been on this project for more than a month. But as the saying goes, I feel we have gone "from the frying pan into the fire". I understand All Phase does a wonderful job with water mitigation, but when it comes to construction, they need to find a good, reliable crew and a project manager who knows something about construction or just stop taking on construction jobs. Potential customers need to be aware of their lack of communication with customers and make sure they have a project who is responsible, knowledgeable and is capable of doing a proper inspection when the job is finished. I wonder when All Phase will have the crew come back. I am not going to hold my breath, are you???

When they're ready to start, all the drywall gets ripped out anyway, but this is how AP "manages" time. The bedroom, laundry, and two baths were not damaged, but I had to move out for 8 weeks due to the noise and dust. Most of their day labor is unskilled, but they pay more if they absolutely need to, and to them it's just the cost of doing business and it all gets charged to insurance anyway. I would never recommend AP to anyone; shoddy work, almost NO clean-up at any stage of the restoration project, and a rude project manager who "maam'd me too many times. Like John S. (in a review from August 2019) I had electrical problems that were not resolved. AP had an electrician re-install a ceiling fan without testing to make sure it worked (it did not). After waiting two months for AP to return, the property manager here brought in a master electrician, who found the melted metal motor. I hope our HOA is suing AP; unfortunately I can't even though I own my unit, the sprinkler break water damage is covered by our master insurance coverage. The AP workers who moved my furniture as they worked around it, broke one of the pedestals on my solid cherry dining room table, trying to slide it on carpet, even though I requested that the table be placed in a storage room until the work was complete. The cost to repair was over $500, and that was added to the insurance claim. AP is not responsible for the damage they cause! I could go on and on, but hopefully this is enough to insure that anyone reading this will not use All-Phase Restoration.
