I've had WestPro come quote the same job twice, once in 2023 and once in 2025. It was two very different experiences to the point of being hard to believe it's the same company. The job is for removal and replacement of soffits, fascia, gutters and downspouts on a 1-story ranch with 200 linear feet of gutters. In 2023 a woman came out, did the walk through and then sent me a quote with details about the materials, a cost breakdown for each part of the project - quantity and cost for removal of gutters, removal of downspouts, installation of gutters, installation of downspouts. It was very professional (I work with contractors and job bids for a living) and provided all the necessary details of the cost. In 2023 they refused to address the soffit and fascia so I declined to move forward with them. In 2025 a man came out, did the walk through and then insisted on setting up a follow up appointment to walk through the project quote. I did not receive the info packet ahead of time and was disappointed by what I received - a detailed project description for siding work (presumably for the soffits and fascia but the material was specific to siding installation which isn't relevant to either of those locations) with no scoped quote for any aspect of the project. There were no details of the materials to be used or breakdown of the cost specifics. The dollar amounts were hand written into a spec sheet of "good / better / best" (photo attached because I don't even know what to call it, it's definitely not a job quote). I understand that materials costs have changed significantly and the job might cost more today than two years ago, but if you're going to waste my time with a second meeting to quote the job, actually quote the job. So your experience with WestPro may entirely depend upon the person you randomly end up with as your project coordinator. Homeowner be wary. I'll update this review when I've heard back with legit quotes and decisions on a path forward. For now it's a very unimpressed meh. read more

Westpro has been outstanding to work with from beginning to end and truly went above and beyond in repairing my mom's home. They not only did a GREAT job of replacing the roof, but also dealt with the insurance company to ensure they covered the cost of doing roof to code, but also in getting insurance to pay what they should for other items outside of Westpro's services. Dealing with the insurance company was far more difficult than it should have been so I'm extremely thankful for Westpro's persistence on that. From the start, the owner Patrick spent more than 2 hours walking us through the process and educating us on the local codes, the insurance process, etc. He really made me feel comfortable that Westpro would do good work and stand behind it. Since then Westpro has more than exceeded my expectations. When there was an issue following the roof repair they were responsive and fixed the issue immediately. I also have to personally thank Eric in Westpro's claims office for spending months dealing with the insurance company. After that review and one on WestPro's site, I received a call from the president of the company with word on corrective actions that were being taken and how they could make it "right" for my husband and me. He went above and beyond what we asked for and we are now very satisfied with this company. Brief update: Success! No leaks over the past year in the part of the roof they replaced.

I just wanted to let you all know about a fantastic experience that we had with West Pro Roofing.  We just had our house painted, with old gutters removed and new seamless gutters installed.  We reached out to FOUR gutter installation companies (all with good reviews and recommendations).  We left messages for 2 of them, one of which never called.  The other of which was disorganized, unprepared to answer any questions, or to even talk about scheduling an estimate.  A third company acted like coming up here for an estimate was a pain, and was really rude and short in person and on the phone.  We had to chase them for pricing, which kept changing. Enter WestPro.  The phone was answered immediately and professionally by a well trained front desk woman.  She was polite, knowledgeable and got us set up for an appointment right away.  She followed up via phone call several times to insure the dates still worked for us ahead of the appointment.  On appt. day, Justin, in their sales department arrived.  He really knew his stuff and was thorough and professional.  No attempts to upsell, or over promise.  No pressure.  Once we signed the service contract, we were introduced to the scheduler.  I started to get nervous that there were so many people involved - appointment coordinators, sales people, service schedulers, a project manager, production manager, the installation team, the financial manager....... I expected the process to be choppy, with one hand not knowing what the other was doing.  Every person along the way was incredibly informed about our job, and knew what each other person who was touching our project was doing and where they were in their piece.  The entire process was seamless (pun intended), like a well-oiled machine.  It truly shows that having both great people whom you treat well and rock solid processes make ALL of the difference.  The entire team seemed thrilled to be helping us, and as though they loved their jobs.  The work itself was done with such care and precision and pride that we were just overwhelmed by installation team.  They communicated with us throughout the installation, explained everything that they were doing and WHY, and were just super nice, thoughtful guys!  I cannot remember the last time that we were BLOWN AWAY by service.  WestPro blew us away with every single member of their team.  We CANNOT recommend them enough.  Ask for Justin as your sales rep.  Ashur as your project lead.  And Jeffrey as your scheduler. read more

Three words; Professional, Pleasant and Prompt. From the initial contact to the final walk thru WestPro were all of these. They were able to thoroughly explain the roofing materials to be used and the inadequate venting that would be corrected. As a senior mechanical engineer I really appreciated these details. We had the roof stripped, patched and replaced in a single day. The crew worked non-stop and cleaned up the yard afterwards. We also had them perform some siding repair in preparation to have the house painted and adding gutter screen. They did an excellent job and pointed out some problem areas. They found missing insulation around the windows and filled that in at no cost. Their estimate was in-line with the other roofing contractors we had quoting the same work.
