I took a basket full of items recently and a separate bag of wooden hangers so I could hang them up before presenting them for review. As I walked through the door, I was first chastised for not having them on hangers (I should have walked out immediately), but instead pointed out that I had a bag with hangers and was going to put them on hangers for her to go through the clothes. I was by myself and it made it easier for me to carry in the basket, then the hangers. With a cursory glance at the first three items, she rejected the entire lot of designer labels. ReThreads is not the same- at all. It is unfortunate. It was once a great destination to sell and shop. I don't know if it changed ownership, but the former staff is what created returning customers. I miss the former employees.

Another team member followed up and she was very helpful in selecting the rolling baskets we needed to match what we installed over 10 years ago. I don't know why we didn't do them all at the same time, but it was probably cost prohibitive at the time during our kitchen remodel. We made our way up front to the checkout counter to wait in line, but our sales lady was able to scan and tabulate and finalize our purchase right in our cart! Pretty cool! We didn't need any bags so we were on our way in no time! My receipt was emailed to me and we went home and installed the rolling baskets within the hour! I discovered this place on FB marketplace, as they have items listed there, I went in and looked…read morearound but couldn't find what I saw online. I asked for help by an employee and she redirected me to someone who could help me better. The second person asked to see the listing, looked for a number at the bottom of the description, and went searching for it in the back. I was asked to follow and wait. The item was found and with excitement I asked to look and observe it. With the man that searched for it as my spectator, I was able to open the box and look at it. Both associates were very nice and helped me with any questions I had. I'm happy to have discovered this place with AMAZING DEALS. Although it's almost an hour away it's definitely worth the drive for those prices!
