Approximately 30-45 minutes into the birthday party, the bounce house collapsed. The owner sent his crew back to my home which took approximately 45 minutes to get there. They realized there was a huge hole in the bounce house that appeared to be stitched up prior to the event. I asked for a full refund. The owner stated he would allow his staff to leave another bounce house and reimburse me $130.00. The water slide bounce house left was a princess bounce house/waterslide combo for a boy's birthday party, the inside of the bounce house portion stunk of cow manure. All the remaining children at the party complained of the stinch. The owner only reimbursed $100 and stated he would return the next day with the remainder. However, he did not return and refused to respond to my messages. This was the worst experience I have ever had. My nephew's birthday party was ruined due to the faulty equipment. I will NEVER utilize this company again!

They were supposed to pick them up on Monday morning, and they didn't pick them up until sometime after 5 pm. Someone stayed at the venue until 5 pm and they still hadn't shown up. By Tuesday night they were picked up. The tables and chairs were functional. Drop off and pickup times were not adhered to and caused added expense and a scramble to get everything ready in time. Will not be using them again.
