Such services included: painting, install bidets, Ring cameras, tv mounting, light fixture replacements, faucet replacements, nest thermostat upgrade, grab bar installation, bathroom fixture replacements, toilet replacements, picket fence build on top of short wall to prevent dog's escaping yard, and some other small tasks. Francisco responded quickly compared to some others so I went with him for all of my projects. Upon meeting, which he arrived early to, he had a very pleasant demeanor to work with. I was kind of expecting to have to work with someone with an abrasive personality, like I normally have to, but Francisco was open and receptive to all of my ideas, not offering any criticisms or unwanted suggestions. It feels nice to have a vision that a professional is willing to execute for you, and Francisco really went above and beyond to get everything done. Even with the inevitable hurdles that came up he always worked to get the vision done without compromising anything. Contracted with company for a vinyl floor job. Contractor knew I'd have family for Thanksgiving and would need to be done by then. First day he arrivd without help and shared he'd had family drama. This continued thruout. In addition he works 9-3 or 4 at latest. But starts later as well. This is a piece per payment job so it's up to him until it gets further into our schedule as planned. Major problems were disrespect for personnel property. Garbage was thrown on my clean laundry. I offered a garbage bag Came home finding my eyeglasses and jewelry left on floor. Finally, on the 27th when they weren't done, he needed liquid nails from Home Depot. By then my family was here. I'd already picked up the transition and wraparound without a truck.
