The worst part wasn't how simple the piñata was for the cost of almost $80. But also the lack of organization and timelines. When we order the piñata, we were told it would be ready by Friday. Friday rolls round and I get a phone call stating it won't be done until five so I agreed to five. I decide not to go on Friday at five due to traffic. So Saturday morning, when my husband arrives to pick it up, it is still not completely done. The logo has not been printed out so he had to wait until they could print it out cut it out and glue it onto the piñata. I would definitely say don't pay in full until you see what you're getting. Make sure that you call multiple times to verify that your item will be done when you need it. I wonder if this is under new management or new people running it. I hope they get it together because I really like the place.

The driver was polite but didn't know how to operate the cotton candy machine because, as he said, "I'm just the delivery guy." The worst part was speaking with Kirk, the manager. He was DISMISSIVE, RUDE, and completely UNPROFESSIONAL. He cut me off, said, "You're upset even though you enjoyed the rental and had your party," and HUNG UP on me before I could respond. He confirmed a partial refund--$51.75 back to my card in a few days and $23.75 via Zelle--which honestly felt ODD for a business. While I appreciate the refund, a SIMPLE APOLOGY for the stress this caused would have meant FAR MORE. I actually wanted to post this review the night of my daughter's party, but I chose to wait until the refund processed to give them the benefit of the doubt. As a Black woman, I was deeply ASHAMED of how Kirk carried himself and how this reflects on the business. I truly hope he's held accountable because situations like this are exactly why people hesitate to support small, minority-owned businesses.
