Their company is organized, straightforward, and everything is easy to understand when it comes to picking and choosing your inflated entertainment, and believe me when your searching through all the various business offering these services you will understand. The rental is delivered in the AM between 8AM-1130AM and pick up between 6PM-930PM. There isn't a set hour allotment, and they even called me the evening before to assure me that they would be delivering my rental at 1030AM, which by the way I missed their call so they sent me a text! Can we say awesome service! Being within 15 miles of the business zip of 77388, my delivery was free, score! A deposit of $50 was required for reservation and the rest of the payment is collected after rental arrives and is set up. Let me just say these guys were punctual, they arrived at 10 (early, say what?) and they had my super clean, blue and green bouncy castle with dinosaur themed banner up and going in less than 30 minutes, can you say "jumping" for joy! Pick up was later that evening long after my party had ended so there was no worry on crying kids throwing unnecessary fits due to being cut short, in fact I think most of my guests were bounced out!
