If you like to workout in a environment that is conducive to good exercise 9 Round is a place to go. I have been going to 9 Round for about 3 years on and off. Off because my job took me out of the country on construction projects. When I returned, my first stop was to renew my membership at 9 Round. I spent my birthday working out there. The staff is knowledgeable and alway there to help you. You know an organization is doing the right thing when you look forward to going there and feel good when you leave. Fantastic workout!! I love the convenience of a 30 minute workout. I love the fact that I always get a full body workout and it's different every time. Trainers do a great job helping with proper form and keeping me motivated. I've tried almost every other workout program in town and this is by far the one that offers the best workout and at the right price. Other similar programs in town charge $125 or higher per month for limited workouts while every program at 9round is still under $100 for unlimited workouts. I have been going to 9Rounds since Feb. 2017, and I am addicted. I love that I can be in and out in under 35 minutes. I love that the workouts are different every single time I go. I love the instructors, they are very encouraging. I love that I don't have to pay extra for a shower as I would rather shower at home. I have lost 2 shirt sizes and a pant size since I started. The trainers are great, there is a positive and supportive atmosphere in the gym, and the workouts are tailored to give each member the just right challenge (if the workouts are too advanced for your fitness level the trainers are great about modifying and if they see you're breezing through the workout, they will give you an extra challenge)! Great gym! I have been a member since June 2013. I love the workouts and the variety of them you get. The price is great and it is a good value for your money. The boxing gloves they carry are really good as well, I bought a pair of Everlast gloves on my own and they didn't hold up nearly as well as the 9 round ones. All in all I have been satisfied with my experience there. read more
