USD apparel store offering good selection and quality…read more Years ago when I attended USD, the bookstores on campus and across the street from campus were the only places to buy USD apparel. Now you can add Walmart and the Hy-Vee grocery store to the list. Charlie's is yet another USD apparel store, but has items with quality that surpasses anything in town. We recently attended the USD open house and I noticed some of the faculty and alums wearing apparel that I liked and later found in Charlie's. Charlie's has names like Adidas, Nike, Under Armour and Columbia. There are many different items in the store and online. Charlie's appears to have more items to choose from than the competition. On our last visit, I bought my daughter a nice USD Columbia jacket. I like the golf shirts and pullovers and plan on buying some online. I did see some sweatshirts and hoodies in Charlie's, but I still feel nothing beats the heavy-duty Champion sweatshirts that have been sold at the on-campus bookstore since my days on campus. For everything else, Charlie's may take most of my apparel money.

Intimate- he greeted us right away with a care , great eye contact - and asked the right questions to my son about what style prom suit he wanted! He wanted the high ankle trend to be tailored - and I was so surprised the gentleman knew of this and he totally formed a upbeat rapport with my son! For him to speak to me in parent lingo but yet switch to that teenage lingo was amazing and it kept me comfortable as a mother! I got excited to buy the suit for my son he was able to manifest the prom outfit he wanted and felt comfortable in! Informative- he was very knowledgeable on sizing very willing to explain what it means to have the high angle tailoring - clear concise expectations on when the suit would be done! Overall outstanding experience !!!

We chose a shirt, and we waited in line to be checked out. We waited for 10 minutes and a worker went behind the register to grab something and walked away. This was very rude as she didn't even acknowledge us, or tell us she would be with us soon. Since no one checked us out we left. Very rude customer service.

They ruined my sisters wedding by giving a wrong color vest to a groomsmen. They wouldn't help out…read moreat all. Their solution to the problem is to refund the vest. Only $20-25 dollars, mind you the cost of the tux was about 175 dollars. I would not get your tux here unless you want mistakes left and right. Also, they came to the church to give a tie in place of the vest but it did not match at all. When they were told "thanks but no thanks" they replied "AT LEAST WE TRIED" all snotty like and not professional at all.
