I called to check on the status of my bikes on the agreed day and time, since I had not received a notification they were ready for pick up. I was informed that they had not yet looked at my bikes. And it would be another few more days. I would not recommend bringing any of your equipment to this company if you expect it to be done in a certain amount of time they seem to be in capable of performing duties quickly.
