I understand that they have to order it from the manufacturer because their warehouse did not have any in stock but it's almost May and I have not received it. Every time I've called to inquire about it a woman picks up and is always rude to me and offers no help besides the "well it takes 2-6 weeks to get them from the manufacturer" but doesn't acknowledge that it's been 10 weeks since I ordered my fridge. She has also been rude to my mom in the past. There have also been numerous times I've been in store where no one acknowledges me which o feel like is because I'm younger and they don't think I'll actually buy anything. In the past this has led me to buy 5 other major appliances elsewhere. Really upset at this point

Lied to us for almost 3 months about the status of our appliance. We were told it would take 2…read moreweeks. Told us it shipped, then it was on back order, then it was "all of the big box stores bought them all". Never once told us they couldn't get it. Never once called us, I always had to call them, even after repeatedly being told they would call and provide an update. Even getting a refund took two weeks and intervention from the bank. In the end this entire process cost us extra money and delayed our home project over 3 months. Would highly suggest looking elsewhere. Abysmal experience.
