Avoid Sweetwater laundry. The wash didn't spin out enough water but I have seen worse. The dryers…read morewere useless. After 30 minutes on high heat nothing was even close to being dried, including synthetic quick dry underwear. I put everything in another dryer for 12 minutes on high heat which didn't dry the clothes even a little bit more. I am road-tripping so now I have to hang everything up in my van to dry.

Three weeks later (I gave them an extra week) and when I picked up the items, one was missing, my husband band's wool sports jacket. They looked all over and couldn't find it. Then the clerk finally found it in a separate pile of laundry. She asked me to give her another week, so I gave them two. I went to get it and they couldn't find it again. For four months, I periodically went in to get it with no luck. They finally found it and said it still needed cleaned. A week later, my husband picks it up and was told it was ruined in the cleaning/drying process. After getting it home, I can tell they WASHED the wool jacket! The jacket has shrunk, and the lining is now bigger than the jacket. Why would anyone wash a wool jacket (clearly marked on the care instruction tag)? They did give him $130 , but that doesn't account for the multiple 67 mile trips, or the original price I had already paid for cleaning. I will be searching for a new dry cleaner...one that can read and follow instructions.
