When I got there, the manager let me know that unfortunately the corporate customer service number is the same for store locations as it is for customers. Instead of sending me on my way, the manager actually sat with me and waited for corporate customer service to answer the phone and fix the issue with my order. The manager absolutely did not have to do that, but she chose to go above and beyond to help me out. I completely forgot to get her name, but I know she has purple-ish red kind of hair. Anyway, the staff here are awesome and super helpful :)

Loft quickly became one of my favorite clothing stores after I discovered it a couple years back…read more They always have such a fun array of colorful, cute and comfortable clothes that you can easily dress up. They also cater more to a curvy body type instead of a stick person, so it's much more realistic and helps make a shopper feel more normal, haha. Now, the prices here are definitely lofty (punny and meaning not ideal). On a normal I'm most likely not buying clothes I like, but I try to time my visits when sales are going on. Loft can really make up for their higher prices with having awesome sales. In example, I visited a few weeks ago when they had a 40% off your entire purchase deal- how can you argue that steal! I've always had good experiences at this location in Lakeland as well- the workers are super sweet and helpful without hovering. If you can't find quite the right size, they'll also happily order you the correct fit online that you can pick up in the store later or have shipped straight to you! Come at the right time and you can find a whole loft more than you bargained for! ;)

The prices have definitely increased on pants with the average being around $50, but they have a buy one get one for 50% off constantly. I remember when the pants were $29.99. The cool thing that I was informed on was the new AeroFlex pants. These are the same style jeans I wear, but extremely stretchy for comfortability and an easier fit. I loved the way they felt, but saw them as Jeggings at first. I felt like I was warming up for an Olympic event with the maneuvers I was accomplishing in the dressing room to test out the pants. I bought 2 pair and am exited to wear them. I normally buy new jeans every 3 years or so, but had to make the trip in because I ripped my pair playing ping pong at work. The flexibility of the fabric should assist in not exposing my goods again at work! HAHA

Granted the store has only been open since Wednesday it literally looks like it was opened today for the first time. All the employees that were there had smiles on their faces and we're working diligently to make sure that it stayed nice, clean and organized. The actual set up of this store is a little different from what I'm used to but it flows very nice and there are signs clearly labeling each different section of the store. Can we talk about the fitting rooms oh my gosh gorgeous! There is a designated place for the go backs and/or what needs to be exchange for different sizes. The fitting rooms themselves are actually very spacious and the bathrooms are also in this area. The bathrooms are single stall one for the males and one for the females. The registers are directly located in the middle of the store and if I counted right there is four or five. Two were in working order today, but it wasn't overly busy at registers. I went in for shirts for my cricut and I walked out with about 13 shirts plus more... as happy as I am that the store is open and my wallet will not be.

Anytime we see something advertised, they never have it. It doesn't appear that the items have already been purchased, just that they were never there to begin with. Some staff are not very knowledgeable of the merchandise in the store. Seems every time I go here someone new is working and be trained.
