I purchased a pair of shoes and after looking at my bank account realized they charged my account…read moretwice (I accidentally pulled my card out of the chip reader before the purchase was complete and they told me to re-insert it... never said anything about charging my account twice). I went to the store and they said they couldn't do anything and I had to contact customer service. While at the store, the girl I was talking to didn't know what to do. She was trying to ask another employee and that employee was extremely rude to her. After contacting customer service they said a hold was put on my account because I pulled the card out and an automatic refund was given... but it would take up to 30 days for me to receive it. So here I am 3 weeks later at Christmas time and still haven't received my refund. Absolutely ridiculous that they can take my money twice without me authorizing it and then do nothing to make it right other than say sorry.

Even with the coupon, the prices on items seemed a little higher than what I was willing to spend, a small plush toy was 30 dollars for example.
