A1 Allstar Plumbing earned every one of these five stars. Scheduling was simple. Two plumbers (artisans really) arrived on time, ready to work. Great value for my money. I did not have to contort myself under the kitchen sink to do this job, they had all of the necessary tools (some of which I would have had to make extra trips to spend extra money to purchase), and when the guys discovered a 19 year-old angle stop needed to be changed, they just walked out to this work vehicle and grabbed a new, more appropriate part for this application. These guys worked as an effective team as they communicated clearly to me and each other while they got the job done. At the end, they asked for my wife to operate the new kitchen faucet to ensure it worked the way she expected it would. When my Bride is happy, I am happy. Whole job, end-to-end was less than two hours. They cleaned up the work area properly as well. I trust A-1 Allstar Plumbing and will continue to check with them first on any future plumbing repairs. Our water heater started leaking after draining it. (We drained it after having black sediment coming from our hot water taps). We called A-1 Allstar around 9:00pm. The owner answered and transferred us to a technician immediately. Dave showed up at our door 30 minutes later. He assessed the issue, had an honest conversation with us about options, and told us we needed a new water heater (ours was 25 years old). We agreed and he called for backup. The owner of the company came out himself with a new water heater. Both gentlemen worked quickly to get the job done. They chatted with us the whole time and made us feel so much better about a crappy situation! They explained the installation, what things they were adding and fixing from the preexisting unit, and cleaned up when it was over. The job was neat, efficient, and well done. I experienced a sudden burst in the main water line from the city around 5:00 PM yesterday. Swiftly, I contacted the city of Lemoore to have the water supply shut off, and their response was impressively prompt. Following their assistance, I reached out to A-1 Allstar Plumbing, and arrangements were made for a technician to visit the next day between 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Richard, the technician, arrived at approximately 10:45 AM, conducted a thorough assessment, and promptly provided me with a quote. He efficiently completed the necessary repairs by 12:30 PM, restoring our water supply. Throughout the process, Richard exhibited excellent communication skills, politeness, and professionalism. His organized approach to the task was evident, and I am exceedingly satisfied with both the quality of work and service provided. To start this off, if I could give more stars I would. Paul & Dave went above and beyond to help us out with our plumbing catastrophe. We've been having problems for days with our toilets backing up and today the bathtubs started filling with brown/black muddy water. We decided to call a plumber and decided on A-1 Allstar Plumbing. We called them at 6:02pm and they were here before 6:25pm. They got straight to work, dug a 3ft+ hole to access the main line, popped a hole in the line, and used a snake auger to clear the clogs and roots in the line. They finished up by patching the hole in the line, filling the hole they dug back up and made it look like they were never here. They wasted no time at all and were done within the hour! Their pricing is very reasonable and they are very professional yet down to earth guys. AMAZING! I can not say enough good things about these guys and the job (a new water heater). My water heater went out 7 days ago and the home warranty sent another company and I needed a second opinion. I called Wednesday afternoon to make an appointment to have someone look at my water heater the appointment time was between 1 and 2 on Thursday afternoon (Honestly I thought this was too good to be true) and on top of that they gave me a 10 min courtesy call and to my amazement showed at 125!! a company who valued my time just as much as theirs WHAT!! Just wait it gets better they replaced my water heater on the spot and it took them maybe 2.5 hours. My husband had a stroke for the last seven years now. It's very difficult for me and him to transfer him from the wheelchair to shower bench. It also give him anxiety every time I shower him. This company was fantastic. What started out as a main trunk line replacement turned into - "My entire plumbing system under my 1968 slab foundation finally bit the dust". I was so happy I chose A-1 Allstar Plumbing. When we figured out that the main trunk line repair turned into entire plumbing line repair it was frustrating, for both of us. The company's job just got a whole lot bigger it was as unexpected for them as it was for me. Paul Jr. was great at making changes in routing lines that let us continue to live in our house while the 2 month long project too place. I have used A1 plumbing a few times and they are awesome! Super responsive! Extremely knowledgeable about what needed to be done and the best ways to fix it! Paul and his partner came and scanned my sewer with his camera, and showed me what the problem was with my sewer, after he snaked it.. Being 72 and in S.S. there is no way that I could afford his prices. My husband was also a Plumber his whole life. But he passed away last year. Or he would have done it himself.
