October 21, 2025 I called The Plumbing Company for a leaking shower. I had replaced the valves and seats myself earlier in the day and just couldn't get the shower to stop dripping. The owner and one of his workers came the next morning and told me they were surprised what I'd done hadn't fixed the issue. Even so they replaced the new valve washers just to be sure and reinstalled the seats with teflon tape and tested it out. Sure enough, they had the issue fixed quickly and didn't make a mess doing it. They charges me their minimum hour which honestly I thought was not only reasonable but fair especially given the weather that day. read more

I had roots plugging my 5" sewer line. I installed a clean out port many years ago so I don't have to dig it up anymore. It took them about 10 minutes to clean the stoppage out. I am still waiting for our services. Kirk seemed helpful over the phone when he scheduled the initial appointment. Unfortunately, Chris showed up smelling like the 8.1% hurricane malt liquor can sitting in the front seat of his work truck, made a mess in our house, unfinished work giving his word he'd return with parts for our toilet the following Friday afternoon. After an hour passed noon and Chris still hadn't arrived, I gave Chris a call just for him to cancel because "he did not like my attitude." Turns out my husband also talked to him right before my phone call and asked him to please not come drunk. I would not recommend this company to anyone. read more

So, I'm out doing yardwork and I notice a pool of water by the water heater closet. That can't be good. I open the closet door and see water pouring from the bottom of the water heater. It's late Friday afternoon. I personally don't want to call out a plumber after hours/weekend rates. I can shower at the gym and eat fast food. No hot water? It's just an inconvenience. My wife thought otherwise. She called around and got Kirk and his helper from The Plumbing Company to come out Saturday morning. Within hours we had a brand new water heater installed. "Why didn't you install it yourself?" - There are 3 things I don't mess with: 1) electricity, 2) natural gas, and 3) water. I needed two vanities installed. Kirk gave an initial assessment then Chris came out and did the work. Since it is an older house the waste drains were low for the old school 1980s vanities. He had to open the wall and raise the drains which were back to back on the same pipe. After a little drywall work I did Chris came back out and finished the install in just a couple of hours. He even showed me that my hot and cold water lines were reversed in one of the baths and why. All the work was done with minimal alterations needed. What did need to be altered was done minimally, cleanly and didn't damage the look and function of the vanity. He even worked with me to adjust the vanity to ensure we dealt with the fact that the walls aren't square/plumb. I've got more plumbing to do. These guys will get my business again. read more

Had Kirk and Gary come out and fix my water main in front yard. They had to do a little digging and cutting out the old PVC pipe. Total time for repair was one hour. Super friendly, enjoyed chatting with the guys while they fixed the broken pipe. They told me they are a 24/7 full service plumbing company. I could tell they had been in the biz for a while. Professional, nice, and prompt. Hopefully I wont have to use a pluumber again, but if I do I will be calling Kirk and Gary back. Steve out. read more

Super disappointed in The Plumbing Company. My plumber, Chris, missed multiple promised arrival times starting on a Wednesday morning. He never once called me proactively to say he would be late - my husband and I had to call the company every time he missed a promised arrival time to find out what was going on. He finally showed up at 5:30pm and explained he would have to get overtime approved to complete the repair. He promised he could arrive between 8-9am the next day (Thursday) so we agreed. On Thursday at 10am he was still a no-show. We called the company again and he said 2-4 hours. When he finally showed up at noon, I asked him "what happened to between 8-9am?" He was extremely rude, told me that he was only a few hours late, and that he had plenty of work, so if I didn't want him to do the repair I could get somebody else. I said "just do the repair" and he fired back at me "then you need to drop the attitude". So I said "good bye" and asked him to leave my property. My mom had previous business with them with Gary. This time I called regarding her water heater and Kirk helped me. My scheduled time was 1-3. He called me the day of my appointment around noon asking to come immediately. I was out of town and had already told him someone would be at the house during the appointment window. He was very rude and seemed annoyed that he couldn't immediately come over. He said during my appointment he had a job to do. After calling him back and giving him an okay to come at 12:30 he was once again annoyed and had an attitude that I was inconveniencing him. When he came, he was once again rude and annoyed and rushed throughout the job. He replaced a simple pipe on the water heater that took less than 15 minutes. To my surprise Kirk was so rushed that he couldn't even turn the hot water dial on. I am very disappointed in this service and this company. Being a new home owner, I'm definitely not accustom to plumbing issues. After dealing with AND paying one plumber who "did not have the proper equipment" to clear out the roots in our main line, I was extremely frustrated and tired of the constant back up issue. I chose to call this place after reading reviews and I'm super grateful for everyone's honest words and stories. Gary actually asked me how I was doing today. He knew I was upset and even though it's wasn't an emergency, came within 2 hours. He indeed had the "right equipment" and through being kind, told us exactly what was going on. We had a huge mess on our hands and will have to put in a lot of money to clear the huge issue, but this plumber gave us a temporary fix to allow us time to save for the work we know we will need.
