We knew that there was damage to our tires, but we weren't expecting a flat tire on the highway. Nor after changing to a spare, we weren't expecting the car's systems telling us that all kinds of things were wrong with the other tire as well. We pulled off on the first exit and unfortunately everything had just closed for the night. We decided to try this store bright and early in the morning and I am so thankful we did!! They were fantastic, even without an appointment they took us in right away. Even though they didn't have any new tires for our car size, they had some used ones that they sold us, and did the alignment as well. He's a rare breed in today's industry, I should know because I work in it as well. I've had his Strano Handling Package Part # HP6-SPP with the adjustable konis, springs, and swaybars on my car for 12 years now as well as a list of other parts he pioneered and have done quite well with a car that's sorely underpowered compared to its competition with a loose nut behind the wheel. Sam won't lead you the wrong way just to chase a sale with a higher price point, he'll give you guidance on selecting the components for your car based on real world experience, data, results, and even your level of experience. Not everybody is ready for the big-boy expensive coilovers, no matter how much you just want to fiddle with the adjustments. The people that get upset or have negative interactions are usually the ones that weren't transparent, forthright, or didn't listen to his advice at all.

I watched television and had a complimentary cup of coffee and had a nice conversation with the salesman I bought my wonderful car from. In very little time, my car was serviced and delivered to the door of the showroom and I was on my way. I love my Chevy dealership and would go nowhere else.
