Told him my issue and the ac stopped cooling. He said I know right wear your house is. Ill be there in 15 minutes. Sure enough 2 tecs show up and professionally stook his hand out and said I'm mason and introduce the other tec. I cant remember his name but very professional. 2 minutes figured out the issue it was froze. He thawed it and checked and it was low on freon. Which means theres a leak. He explained what I would imagine. It needed a little freon till they could come and check for the leak then filled up. Very understandable. In the midst another crew came by just to see if they could help. Shortly after they where gone. But before a very nice gentleman asked if I was on the yearly maintenance plan. Im not. He explained and I will do that. But those guys really where extremely professional. I own retail stores across nc and I hope my employees give the same customer service.
