I had a regular deep clean and we focused on the bathrooms, kitchen, and master...they really cleaned up my walls, baseboards, light fixtures, cob webs...I mean they really covered it all. my microwave was sparkling clean and they even scrubbed my blinds. I had 5 crew members with about a 2.5 hour time slot. my home is around 2000 so ft but we did not clean either kids bedroom (my choice) I will absolutely book again and again after this experience. Be very careful, Kim charges by the hour, my bill was $1,300, with a $100 discount, if you post it on Yelp you get $50 off, so that brought total to 1,187.50, again the work was extremely well done, I had MAJOR sticker shock. Claudia and the team were extremely detail oriented, I was definitely pleased with the work. Be very specific up front with the amount due, the fee she charged is excessive. I called other insured companies and the fees range from 250-450, this is cleaning the same square feet, bedrooms and bathrooms. I've contacted the Better Business Bureau to make a formal complaint on excessive fee charges. I will pay her, but not $1,187.50. When I posted the prior review was prior to getting the bill, the quality of the work is not what's in question, it's the excessive fee. read more

They charge way too much for a move in clean and the cleaning was only ok. There were about 6 girls and the lead said they would need 5 hours to clean. There was an initial walk through so I could show them what to focus on. One of the specific areas was the kitchen and the ovens. The kitchen was fairly clean except the oven. My walk through at the end should have been 30-1hr before they finished but was only given 20min before the end. At my walk through, the oven still had grease on the racks. The owner did have the girls come back to fix what was missed but for the amount of time they were there I would have not expected to see things that were not clean all the way. My original estimate was $450-650 and maybe less or more per the owner. The end cost was $1000. Had I known it would have been that expensive I would have not hired them. read more

Your earlier response is insulting, Kimberly West. I did the initial walkthrough. These women worked from 1:30 to 7 pm. I did the final walk through and was satisfied at that moment. It was getting dark outside and the lighting inside the house was not adequate to see all the details. The next morning I arrived at the house, opened the curtains and examined things. I took pictures of some the issues. My main issue, the company I hired to clean my home inserted women in my home who cleaned me out of several thousand dollars of personal my belongings. Did you vet this women? One was your contracted employee and the other one just came along to help? Do you have insurance? Are you bonded? Your attitude toward this matter is compounding the issue. I gave $100 tip to be gracious. That time has passed. I will do what I have to do legally, on social media, through the police or media to recoup what has been stolen. Reputations are delicate things. It only takes one bad experience to sink a business. I hired you to enter my home and clean. You placed these two questionable individuals inside my home. You did not fire these people. You did not offer me a refund. This is far from over. read more
