The very next day I had a person doing a video walkthrough to find a lot of areas not completed: *Kitchen empty drawers were not cleaned. *one side wall by the kitchen cabinet has a visible spill (like juice or something). *Cabinets were not cleaned or wiped down. *walls in the stairs were not cleaned (is a deep cleaning). *dining area, walls had not been scrubbed. Overall, everything they completed was good, but at minimum, an Honest report before charging me for an incomplete job. Again, after paying Extra. I did reached out to get an agreement, but no answer. Stay Away from calling this company.

She showed up on time and when the movers were not clear of the first floor after she finished the top floor, she agreed to come back in the afternoon (great flexibility!). Further, she did a excellent job cleaning and definitely had a plan to maximize how quickly she was able to clean. The inspector from base house (Frontier) was extremely picky, and despite her going through the house with a fine tooth comb, I did not have to re-clean a single thing! Highly recommend Elly Mae if you need a PCS cleaning!

The renters left the house pretty clean so I was thinking about 2-3 hour cleaning service. 1. The house was still left dusty and not clean 2. Communication was the worst! The cleaner lady didn't know her own schedule and demanded random hours to come back and finish the job 3. The cleaner smelled like cigarettes. I would mot have let her in if I had known she was a smoker. 4. The house smelled like dirty rags after. 5. Whoever is making the schedule is rude and not professional at all!! I asked for my appointment to be scheduled after recovering a quote from her and again several others from her company called me to schedule the appointment that had already been scheduled. The cleaning apparently took 5 hours which honestly I'm not sure why it took so long as there were two people cleaning and the house was pretty clean prior to cleaning, but regardless, they did an ok job. For what I was charged, I was expecting something magical and house to be spotless, but it was not. Pretty clean, but not spotless. Probably go elsewhere next time.
