The most efficient way in our vast experience, is not to load the truck until all items are checked off and sitting on the driveway, which was the way Mayflower did things decades ago. Apparently this crew was trained to take items straight into the truck and fit them in as best they could, so they had to partially unload and reload the truck because their packing space was quite limited compared to what their boss allotted for. Poor communication and planning, inefficiency all caused by the owner PLUS lack of coordination topped off by shouting rudeness and maltreatment in the end by the owner... it all adds up to a "never-again" pledge for this senior citizen.
