This isn't cleaning what they do, they collect money that is what they call cleaning. They place your dirty dishes in the dishwasher and don't turn it on. By the way we had 3-4 dishes total. Really? They couldn't wash them by hand since they refuse to turn on the dishwasher? I seriously thought it was a joke. Their service is a joke!!! Kiana's crew of three ensured our 4 bedroom house (over 3,500 square feet) was spotless to include the storage area in the basement, garage, and deck. Not only did they clean every inch of every room (to include windows and blinds) they also used furniture oil to polish all of the woodwork throughout the house. As I walked through to inspect each room everything looked brand new to include the carpets, we were extremely satisfied with their work. During the Property Managers walkthrough he told me the house looked amazing and that we had gotten our moneys worth on the cleaning crew, he commented that it was move-in ready. We contacted Elly May for a PCS clean to clear base housing. She showed up on time and when the movers were not clear of the first floor after she finished the top floor, she agreed to come back in the afternoon (great flexibility!). Further, she did a excellent job cleaning and definitely had a plan to maximize how quickly she was able to clean. The inspector from base house (Frontier) was extremely picky, and despite her going through the house with a fine tooth comb, I did not have to re-clean a single thing! The renters left the house pretty clean so I was thinking about 2-3 hour cleaning service. 1. The house was still left dusty and not clean 2. Communication was the worst! The cleaner lady didn't know her own schedule and demanded random hours to come back and finish the job 3. The cleaner smelled like cigarettes. I would mot have let her in if I had known she was a smoker. 4. The house smelled like dirty rags after. 5. Whoever is making the schedule is rude and not professional at all!! I had to get someone else to come clean again after paying $350. I will never recommend this business to anyone.
