I, of course, found this cleaners on Yelp and it was a bit of a drive for me, but I am really careful with who dry cleans my clothes. I didn't have to worry, I was really impressed by the way they handled my clothes. I went in one day to dry a pair of suit pants, a suit jacket and a white dress shirt I asked when it would be ready and they told me the very next day, that is unheard of. I thought my cleaning would be finished at the end of the day, but I got a text saying that my clothes were ready in the middle of the day. Really fast service. Also, I think she was the owner, but she thanked me for coming in and being a new customer and was very kind. I called back to ask a question and she answered so politely. I used to use another dry cleaner for years but too many times a shirt would be damaged/torn and they said it was old or threadbare. The location was convenient but I was frustrated. I tried A-1 with a comforter and they were so much more professional and friendly. Charli (front desk person) is amazing and great with customers. I ended up taking all of my laundry and dry cleaning to A-1 and now won't go anywhere else. Not the least expensive but worth it to not have my clothes ruined. They do everything on site so nothing gets sent out and lost. I'm retired now so I don't need to go as often but this will be my cleaners from now on. The most bullshit place ever to go. Do not trust these people. I took my T-Shirt with my jacket just to wash them cause I didn't want to wash them at home and wanted to have them Dry cleaned, however they told me that they can't do it due to clothes were not suitable for dry cleaning, they did offer to have them washed and they would look super good and new, but after getting my clothes, they both have stains on them, and when I asked them, the lady told me that they would try again and the satin was there before, however my clothes didn't have any stains. Exceptional Experience! I always use A-1 Cleaners because of their customer service and exceptional work. This was my first time coming to this specific location but definitely one of the best. I had an interview in less than 24 hours and despite being 30 minutes past the same day drop off time, Charlie helped me out and made sure my things were ready before 7pm so I could be ready before the interview. This place had a very bad impression on me. I dropped off my sister's suit jacket on Monday and when I came to pick it up on Wednesday, they didn't clean it because of a stain! They didn't bother to call me to let me know (they ask for your name and phone number). Moreover, when I dropped off the jacket, the worker didn't bother to inspect the jacket. Honestly, my sister and I were not aware of this stain, which is why I suspect they accidentally stained it.
