And just FYI they kept my clothes for almost a week to "fix" the issue. After trying to pick them up twice, I decided to just take them as they are and took the money back for the service. But now I need to see to fix the items myself or once again have to buy them. DON'T come here. The owners are rude and will not help when problems like this happen. At Family Cleaners the front counter staff is always nice and polite, knows me by name and greets me accordingly. I went to another tailor who could look at it and she kindly told me to go back to the tailor who damaged my buttons. She was also shocked as how this was possible and she even advised me that a good business practice is to resolve this issue with me. I went to Hai back to have them replace the damaged buttons that they themselves ruined, and to my shock, they refused to repair, claiming that any damage is outside their control and that they would charge me 20 dollars just to replace the buttons. I have made the fatal mistake of supporting this sorry excuse of a business by sending my clothes there for dry cleaning. I have no problem paying given that I am a professional and that my husband is a business owner so 20 dollars is not a big deal for us but their selfishness in not wanting to fix this for a problem that they caused is shocking to say the least.
