However, they refuse to either have one of their electricians install it for us or to reimburse us for the cost it will take to have the fan re-installed by our electrician. Why should I have to pay TWICE for installation when the product they sold me was--by their own admission--faulty? They refused to stand behind their product. As a result, we're taking the fan back and will take our business somewhere else from now on. (But not The Lamplighter or Albrights, because they're all owned by the same people!)

Wowzers, don't spill coffee on that! But there is no where else in town where you can shop for these high end contemporary type things and actually see them in real life! The staff always says hello when you walk in and then just lets you run around looking, they don't bother you at all they just sit on their computers.. Every time I have been in here that happens! They offered to make it right and fix it and put sprinklers out on timers, no problem. I hear a loud noise last night, go out to my spigot, it's gushing water everywhere, second mistake; timer wasn't setup right and I have 3 inches of standing water below spigot against my foundation-this was before the rain and storm hit, which could cost $20k or more if it flooded my basement. I let em know, they said the owner would be out first thing in the morning. After noon today, I see 2 guys on my property adjusting hoses/sprinklers, no acknowledgement or telling us they were here-no call or reach out from the business, nothing. I go out, turns out one is the owner, I asked him to cancel and remove his equipment and refund all monies paid this year. Owner didn't even say sorry or acknowledge the issue. Only positive is an hour after that, director of ops, Kenny called me and owned it and apologized, offered to bring my check out today, so at least he did the right thing. I wouldn't recommend this business.

I wish I could give zero stars…read more This company doesn't even deserve one. The technician who came out was strange and unprofessional from the start. I requested a diagnostic for a non-working outlet. He looked at it for about five seconds, tapped on his iPad, and handed me an estimate--for $630. He didn't check the breaker box, inspect the wiring, or go into the basement--nothing that even remotely resembled a proper diagnostic. When I expressed that the quote was outrageous and said I'd pay the $69 service fee for the visit, he replied, "I'll just mark it as a no-show so you don't get charged." That immediately raised red flags. I called the company afterward to explain what happened and reported that the technician did not perform a diagnostic at all--just gave an inflated estimate. I again offered to pay the service fee, even though the visit was a complete waste of time. They responded with indifference and told me "OK." Then, hours later, I receive a bill via email--despite the technician explicitly stating I wouldn't be charged and refusing to take my payment at the time of service. This was an incredibly shady experience. I would strongly caution anyone from using this company.

Because of this, they came without the materials they needed to complete the work - receptacle, interlock kit, conduit, etc... They spent an hour that day trying to find these parts locally. They had to schedule another visit. On the 2nd visit, nothing had changed. Still no receptacle, still no interlock kit. Different lead technician this time, who needed another briefing on the scope of work. No progress was made and they scheduled another visit for a 3rd day. The work was ultimately completed, but I had to stay home to babysit 3 days instead of 1. They were unwilling to comp me for my wasted time.
