We called A-1 garage door when our garage door started malfunctioning. Frank and his team came within 2 hours and fixed the problem. We also asked them for an assessment on the rubber part on the bottom of the door. They were super honest and didn't push any services. They returned the same week within the window of the 3 hours they asked for us to be available- they actually came within the first hour and they replaced the worn out part. Although the problem was inconsistent and didn't happen while he was there, he listened to my explanations of the problem and was able to fix it. Since he didn't witness the problem, he was honest about not being positive that he permanently fixed it, so said to just call him and he'd come back.
