Called Mike on a Wednesday with no rush expectations. He answered right away, asked about the issue, timing and address. It was not a rush request, I could manage. but, he had one of his guys scheduled for Friday. David stopped by and he was great. He needed some parts, told what was wrong, gave me a locked-in price. Locked in price was reasonable and sold me. David came back on SUNDAY to fix and he did a great job. I highly recommend this business! Yelp is how I found them and recommend.

From the…read moreconsultation to a post-installation call, Oren and his crew were the definition of professionalism. HIRE THESE GUYS. Oren is articulate, collaborative, and transparent. Booking a consultation was easy and he took the time to explain everything from materials to costs to timelines. The new garage doors are a near-perfect match to the existing paint job (hunter green, see accompanying pictures). We ended up needing to replace the garage roof and the frame, which Door Tech also took care of (they're not just limited to doors!). Fast forward to the day of the roof replacement / door installation and we discover a rotting post with termites. Oren is on-site, immediately communicates the issue, and provides a clear solution. Bonus: Oren and his crew did all of the above in ONE day, which is incredible especially if you've ever done any home renovation work of any kind. Bonus #2: you forgot something after the installation and call Oren in a panic? The guy turns around a quarter to 8 pm on his way home and comes right back to address it. Thank you, Oren and team. Five stars is not enough.

The garage door opener stopped working and I called several places, based on reviews. While other places wanted to charge a service fee just to see what was wrong, Mike was very courteous and pleasant on the phone and agreed to come by immediately with no fee. Mike was the most professional, responsive and honest person I have dealt with, especially for fixing things around the house. He communicated with me prior to arriving and explained my options being very patient with all my questions. I highly recommend Michael for repair or replacement of a garage door opener. I live in Somerset County and have a tenant near Westwood. I was so fortunate to find Michael as he was super courteous and professional on the phone with me and with my tenant. He went to check out the problem the day after my call. He diagnosed the problem and determined a new opener was necessary. Since I live a distance away and could not get there myself he called before during and after to fill me in on the work. When I came back from work, I discovered my garage door wouldn't open.It was blocked by a garage opener that wouldn't move. It was late in the evening. Michael's Garage Doors, was the only business I could find that agreed to come and inspect the door on the same day. He arrived around 9:30 PM, was very professional and polite.
