For the past three weeks, I have visited the store every other day to check on a specific bunny named Ollie. I was informed he would be available for sale today, June 11th. During my visits, multiple employees instructed me to call at 9:00 AM this morning to place him on hold, as I would be at work. I followed these instructions exactly and called at 9:00 AM. However, I shortly received a call back from the manager, Laura, informing me that the bunny was being sold to a walk-in customer. Given that I followed the specific process outlined by your staff after weeks of persistent check-ins, I find this outcome very upsetting and unprofessional.

I am telling you, if you have a child, or are a child yourself....get lost in this plant place and enjoy it. There are plants everywhere, and they are BEAUTIFUL. The staff is so helpful and they are everywhere. Everything is glowing and growing and you can tell how well the plants are taken care of.
