I went in and told Jessie my story. He was very patient with my lack of knowledge in trying to explain the situation. So, I brought in the computer and by the end of the week he had downloaded all the file that I needed. I think I need an updated windows to get it running. But, I just needed those files. Gave me a thumbdrive with everything. Phenomenal service. Extremely honest and conscientious. I would definitely go back to him. I mentioned my situation at the library to a woman who was helping me print my info. She also said that Jessie is very good at his job.
