After speaking with them on the phone they advised me it would take about 15 minutes to arrive. Five minutes later they arrived. I had been locked out of my home for hours trying to locate a locksmith to do the work. If I had only known to call this company first I could have saved myself a lot of grief. The man that came out so quickly was professional, courteous, fast, and kind. He explained everything in detail so there were no unpleasant surprises. The service was cheaper than I was quoted and saved me tons of money compared to what the other locksmiths quoted me online. Shawn the owner , was called a few days prior to us needing him to unlock a home which we did not have a key for. He was prompt and arrived about ten minutes ahead of his scheduled time. He needed to pick the lock before rekeying the door lock. His charges were $85 and the transaction seemed fail and professional. He asked for Identification of us and I believe he contacted the police on his phone to be sure he was doing the correct thing in letting us in. That was impressive they he would do that checking.
