My husband purchased a washing machine from them. He did not look inside it since we had bought appliances from them in the past for our rental properties. We trusted them. When it was delivered it had mold and some material shredded inside. They came and cleaned it. The guy servicing the machine said it should have been done before it left their shop. It did not have a fabric softener dispenser in it so my husband had to get one from them. I poured bleach in the dispenser and it ran directly to my floor. I wanted to return the machine since we were having so much trouble with it. They would only refund $200 of the $374.50 spent. The owner was very arrogant and he felt like he was doing me a big favor by giving me the $200. I will never buy from them again. read more

I bought a washer and dryer here for my rental. Thought I'd give them a try because they were local and have been in business for awhile. I paid 495. They had warranty so I thought for sure would at least run. I couldn't install the set immediately because I was remodeling entire apartment. When I finally was able to install one day past warranty the dryer wouldn't start. Owner came out said he fixed it, but entire dryer inside was falling out and screws were not even put in. My tenant then took liberty and called them out to fix thinking it was still under warranty. They came out and fixed then called me asking where to send the bill. I told him he could send bill but that I was frustrated. 1) he never quoted me price 2) why was the machine not fixed properly before selling it to me? The owner was arrogant. He does not stand by his products. For the price go buy something new with an actual warranty and with a store that will actually refund when something is faulty. I have already replaced the washer and dryer I had bought from them after only 3 months. Will never shop here ever again and I make sure to tell everyone A BUYER BEWARE BUSINESS. read more

I have used them a few times to fix an appliance that was in some of my rentals. They did a fantastic job. They were prompt, reasonable in price and I've never had to call them back out to fix the same issue, so I'm sure the fix was done right. I'd pick them first any day for appliance repair. I had another company look at a dryer and they told me the cost to fix it was going to be around $250. I figured for that much, I would just go buy a new one. A friend told me about Marks. I called them out. They fixed the dryer. Cost me $90 total. That was almost 8 months ago and no issues so far. read more
